2. The price of the new pair of earbuds is subject to the accessories price inquiry on the soundcore official website when you redeem your soundcore Care service.
3. If the original order is still within the 18-month warranty period, the new earbuds will follow the warranty timeline from the original order.
4. You can only purchase soundcore Care once for each device. Charging case and other accessories are not covered by the service.
1. Users have purchased from a UK website and the shipping address is in the UK.
2. Users have purchased from our official Amazon store: Ankerdirect, soundcore website, or an authorized reseller (Woot, BestBuy, Walmart, etc.).
3. Users have purchased a brand new pair of earbuds compatible with soundcore Care.
Note: Refurbished earbuds are not eligible for soundcore Care.

Our customer service team will send you a purchase link after confirming that you are eligible for soundcore Care.
You can only purchase a pair of earbuds for half price if yours are lost or damaged due to an accident. soundcore Care does not support a charging case purchase. If your charging case is lost or accidentally damaged, you need to purchase a new one for the normal price.
Note: If the earbuds's you have purchased are returned for a refund within 30 days, please contact service@soundcore.com and we will refund soundcore Care for you. Your soundcore Care service will become invalid.
